No, it's WAY too expensive!
It would be a total rip off.
These kind of old PC's are given away for FREE amongst friends/family, normally. Except maybe25$ for the job to make it representable/clean of malware. Many businesses would've thrown away that PC in the bin years ago.
15" AINT high resolution, whatever it says.
The software mentioned is not needed or just for free to be found on internet. You don't need the Encyclopedia at all, if you have internet (http://en.wikipedia.org is better, and there are tons of other good websites).
